Mia Laurent
Mia danced nine seasons with a regional ballet company before opening Arcadia in 2014. She believes good technique should feel like freedom, and she still teaches the Saturday 9 AM Tiny Dancers class herself.

Jordan Blake
Jordan grew up battling in Dallas community centers and has choreographed for music videos and halftime shows. His classes are loud, precise and kind, and every one ends with a freestyle circle.

Carmen Ortiz
Carmen competed in salsa and ballroom for a decade and now coaches couples, wedding parties and nervous beginners. Her Friday class and monthly social are the busiest nights at the studio.

Aiko Tanaka
Aiko trained in modern dance in Tokyo and New York and toured with a contemporary dance company for six years. She choreographs the Company’s contemporary pieces and loves a quiet, slow warm-up.

Leo Grant
Leo spent years in touring musical theater productions before trading eight shows a week for teaching. He plays drums, counts everything and can make a room of eight-year-olds sound like one dancer.

We explain why a correction matters, so dancers can fix it on their own at home and at the barre.
