Studio terms.

These terms apply to trial classes, monthly tuition, drop-in classes and events at Arcadia Dance Collective. By enrolling a dancer you agree to them.
Trial classes
Each new dancer may take one free trial class. Trial times are confirmed by email and depend on space in the class.
Tuition and billing
Tuition is billed monthly on the first of the month: one class a week $85, two classes $155, unlimited $240
A one-time $35 registration fee applies per family and is waived when you enroll the week of your trial
Drop-in classes are $22 and paid at the front desk
A 10% sibling discount applies to the second dancer and every dancer after
Missed classes and pauses
Missed classes can be made up for free within the same month in any class at the same level. Tuition can be paused once per season for up to one month with a week of notice.
Ending tuition
To stop monthly tuition, email the front desk at least 30 days before your next billing date. Tuition already billed for the current month is not refunded, but make-up classes remain available through the end of that month.
Studio conduct
We expect kindness in every studio. Dancers and families who are disrespectful to others may be asked to leave a class or event.
Showcases and costumes
Costume fees are due by February 1 and are non-refundable once costumes are ordered. Showcase tickets are sold separately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
